ZyDoc offers HIPAA-secure web-based access to patient document 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the utilization of TrackDoc. Healthcare providers may open their documents, listen to the original dictation at the same time, while making any changes, electronically sign the document, and fax to referring physicians or to any other number needed – all within a few clicks! The system is extremely intuitive and easy for healthcare personnel to manage.
Healthcare providers have the capability to download to a specific workstation, if that is preferred for document management. ZyDoc’s proprietary software, ZipIt, automates the download by searching the server every three minutes and places completed documents into a local folder. This may include transcribed documents or e-signed documents from TrackDoc. The option is available to send completed or signed documents directly to the printer, without any action required by healthcare personnel.
ZyDoc supports the needs of their participating physicians by offering mailing services. Search documents by various data points (patient first and/or last name, patient ID number, facility, date of service, date of dictation, etc.). Logins are available for coders as well, since they can code from finalized documents and fax as needed for expedient payment processing.
